Shark Pro XYZ mixed up while jogging

Completely new to cnc, some one help me out please, So far i set up the machine with all the software ok, every thing seems to work fine but hadnt actually made dust yet, correct me if im wrong but X should be front-back, Y should be from side-side, Z up-down, asumming router is facing you. while jogging no axis is correct mixed up :?

Z is up and down for sure. I have X as side to side and Y as front to back (along gantry) , but others have these axes reversed. Doesn't really matter as long as your software and your machine (and your head) all agree.

If you have the Z moves going in either the X or Y direction, you can switch motor wires. Can also do same to switch X and Y.

If your axes are going backwards, you usually can reverse them in the software - at least you can in Mach3.
