This is one big sign for me. It is 21 feet long by 36 inches wide.
Steel frame cut in 2, ie:2 x 10.5 feet each, bolted,
paint is baked (paint powder) color is rustic copper.
1/4 '' rods.
I used a 1 1/2'' V-90 fit for the letters, and 1/2'' for the
roughing and 1/4'' balled nose for finishing.
Letters are 2'' sign foam,glued to 3/4'' plywood.
fruits are sin foam 2'' total 4'' high also glued to plywood.
The paint for lhe letters is copper enamel for car,contour
is acrylic paint so it is fot the back of the letters.
The fruits are acrylic solid colour and finishing is air brushed.

everything is attached with, to the frames rod with copper plate
and slainless steel screws.

One word about gluing sign foam to the plywood, i used
an epoxy laminated # 8090 i covered both surfaces to
prevent water between the 2 ,and after it was dry, i did
cover the sides and the back of the lettering and the fruits.
Doing it that way i extend the life of my sign.

The fruits were supplied by Vector clip3d ,my friend Norbert.
