Need standard MAch 3

need - Mach2_3_ATC_Arcs_inch.pp

for some reason it shows in the folder as a "text" type, instead of a "PP" type and I cannot use it. I had opened it in Notepad by renaming temporarily to a .txt, checked it, renamed back to .pp, and can no longer read it.

Any ideas? Or is there a place online where I can get the post that came with V Carve Pro 6.091??
