toolpath sequence

Trying to cut 6 pieces in a particular order. It starts in the middle or at one end and jumps around. Can I specify cut order?

I don't see what you see so "It starts in the middle or at one end and jumps around" means nothing.

Presuming that you are talking about the Profile Toolpath see attached image.
