A big thank you to the folks who helped me with my question a week or so ago on this project. As you can see, with their help
I was able to successfully finish this birthday present for a wonderful 80 year lady at church who made her first trip to
Disney World back in Feb. She is a HUGE Mickey Mouse fan and has been talking about the trip non stop. My confidence grows
in the Corian/epoxy media....may even have to change my username to Corianarbeiter

Vey nice indeed...been doing a few multi-color inlays myself lately, not sure if we can source Corian easily in Australia.Holzarbeiter wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 9:18 pmA big thank you to the folks who helped me with my question a week or so ago on this project. As you can see, with their help

Re: Multicolor Epoxy Inlay
Thanks for the kind words.
Ron, I have not had any issues with the epoxy binding to the Corian. I do let mine set for 48 hours before machining it though.
FWIW, I use ChromaCraft epoxy. Not too spendy and so it has worked well for me thus far.
