Using a Magnate 0.25” radius point roundover bit on Medex MDF

The material is 0.75" Medex MDF. I've also cut these in 1" thick 15 lb sign foam.Getting that cut out without breakage overshadows the use of the roundover bit. Amazing.
I used a 0.25" end mill to cut around the project leaving a 0.01" skin.
Then I used a 0.125" end mill with a 1" length of cut.
Since the larger end mill had removed the bulk of the material the smaller end mill could get into the detailed areas with minimal load.
