2020 User Group Meeting - San Diego
Firstly, we would like to thank all our 2019 attendees, partners and guest speakers for making last years’ User Group Meeting the best yet!
With that in mind we couldn’t wait to share with you the dates and location of our next User Group Meeting. We’re delighted to announce that the 2020 User Group Meeting will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego hotel on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th September 2020.
We'll be packing both days full covering; ‘What's New’ in version 10.5 along with projects and ideas to increase your knowledge and efficiency using the software. As well as the technical benefits, the User Group Meeting gives like-minded CNC enthusiasts the opportunity to get together, showcase their projects and share knowledge.
As with previous meetings, the meeting will take place over two days and will have a strong focus on our Aspire and VCarve software with some of the sessions also being relevant to Cut2D.
The fee per person to attend is $249.00, which includes refreshments and lunch throughout both days as well as a welcome pack, access to all of the presentations and a free gift.
To help minimise costs, we have made arrangements with the DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego hotel to offer a discounted accommodation rate of $159 per night (please note, this room rate excludes breakfast. Breakfast can be added for an additional $20 at the hotel is you choose). Room availability is limited, to book your room at the discounted rate click the link below:

Booked & Booked.... Definitely looking forward to this UGM. We had a great time last year. The drive's shorter, too. Southern California Orange County to San Diego - 2 hours, tops.

Look for me there... I will start packing a bag. Just as soon as I talk the wife in to it.

I'm also booked for the meeting and the hotel. I really wanted to attend last year's UGM but just couldn't swing it. So, I'm really looking forward to this one.
EDIT: Why is this thread in the Cut2D section?

Our payment provider (fastspring) automatically apply any relevant sales tax due for your state and pass it on to the relevant authorities. Unfortunately we have no control over the sales tax charged in each state.
Sorry about that! I hope it helps.
Thanks

I'm really trying to go to this UGM. I'm just hoping the rooms will still be available next week (come on, payday!) If so, it looks like I'll be able to go.
I can't wait!

I'm booked! I feel like I won the lottery, this is great! No traveling, no hotels.... just parking ...
Really like the location in the valley verses downtown.
That is still a healthy drive Randall,

It's so great to have so many of you on board already
The response to San Diego has been fantastic.
We can't wait to see everyone again that has attended previously and to meet everyone attending one of our User Group Meetings for the first time!
We've already started preparing our talks. Watch this space for regular updates on what you lucky people are in store for this year
