Hello,
I have a frustrating problem that has been occuring since I first purchased Aspire V9.5 (I have upgraded to V10 now, problem still there).
Here is the scenario:
* Aspire program is open and is the program being used
* Other unrelated programs also open but running in background
* Lock windows using windows key + L
* Unlock windows and Aspire has crashed
Scenario 2
* Aspire program is open
* Other unrelated programs are open and Aspire is running in the background
* Lock windows using windows key + L
* Unlock windows and Aspire has NOT crashed
Very frustrating and is still happening even with release update today to V10.016
Running windows 10 64bit
HP elitebook laptop.
Any help would be appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Richard.

Re: Program crash when windows is locked then unlocked
Just tried locking windows with Aspire running in the foreground with other apps running in the background. When unlocked Aspire was running just fine.
You might try completely uninstalling Aspire and reinstalling from scratch.

I too tried every permutation of running apps I could think of with locking/unlocking and Aspire never crashed.

Hi Richard,
We can see from your very helpful reports that the crash is actually in the Wacom ISD driver. I have forwarded all the information the development team has on the issue to support who may contact you for more details.
In the mean time it might be worth checking whether that driver is up to date.
Cheers,
Adam

Thanks Adam,
I will do some research and find out what a Wacom ISD driver is and then work out if it is up to date.
Thanks,
Richard.
