Amazing video Micheal. Very similar to what I did, however, I'm not quite as articulate at explaining how I accomplish a task.
Thank you!

I’m very happy the video was helpful! I’m equally happy to see the alternative methods shown.

As Brian mentioned earlier, “I love this Forum”!

In MDF with primer. Waiting for some little milk bottle pulls for centers. Each student will paint their own individually and perhaps whole thing. I finished both sides of shapes so they'd potentially have two "canvasses" by switching pull to other side. I had to rein myself in on this one so I didn't steal their thunder. Would be cool to do in Baltic Birch or even hardwood, but it's a one-shot deal.

FWIW, I offset everything .015 for clearance and with the high build primer build thickness I wouldn't want it any smaller.

This may be too late, but may I suggest a 3/8" diameter hole through the stand behind each piece so it can be pushed out?
Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.

Yep, too late to modify, Mike. Outside of these knobs, which I hope will accomplish same, the final work will come from a roomful of rowdy 8 year olds…

My thought was to assemble flat and display on easel, but who knows what will happen. Once it leaves my shop, it's out of my hands!
