why cannot put pictures

i have posted ''and the winner is'' uploaded a file and press add file there is only a blank screenis it the picture
has too great of resolution or what.Gerry

Press add file find file then press inline or insert, and you will see a link appear where your cursor is in your post then press submit

Having trouble also. Did all this and nothing happens.
