I myself have never seen a lithophane this large
this is the largest I have ever seen.

Excellent work, very nice I would like to see it a night
perhaps you could take a picture at night, I would think
it will be beautiful or is the bottom picture at night.
Computers-Yuk....I should junk it...It never does what it should do...only what I tell it.

I've certainly never seen a lithophane that large. And, it looks great. :)

Wow, amazing. It has to be the biggest.

Could you tell us your material, finish bit size, and carve time?

Man, that is the coolest! I bet it will create quite the long-term "buzz" in that community. Good for your business and theirs, too!

Thanks for all the kind responses

the bottom picture is at night ,

i used a 3mm ball nose and the cut time was 160 hours using kroin a solid surface similar to corian , we cut it in the shop using the tile layout in aspire based on the cut lasting 12hours per section and we worked night shift just to watch over the machine as we had a deadline to meet , I could have cut it in two tiles but was really scared of a mistake or powercut that would have meant starting from scratch

I have seen larger half-tone images, but nothing as large as your design that was a true lithophane. It's time to contact Guiness World Records!

For reference, below are the half-time images at the San Jose Airport and the Oakland Cathedral of Light.

For sure one of the biggest I have ever seen,
surely much larger then I can create (max 1.00 mtr x 0.60 mtr) so I would have to make 8 pieces and combine those together.

Also wonder how much time it took to machine this piece

Cheers..... oh sorry.... Sláinte ;)
