The pocket for the inlay and lettering cut out just the way I wanted it to. However the inlay for the lettering has a problem. If you look at the file for the lettering, you will notice the A and the E do not cut out correctly.
Any suggestions?

Re: Help on an Inlay
You need to use the VCarve toolpath, not the Pocket toolpath for the Texas Inlay.

That did it. Thanks for the help. I guess I looked at too long and couldn't see the problem.

Re: Help on an Inlay
This is the first time this has happened for me.
I am using Aspire 4.015 and I can't open either of these files. I get an error message. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong? I just checked for updates after a couple of failed attempts to open these files.
Thank you.
