Which post processor are you using in Aspire to create the files that you are loading into the toolpath software?

I'm running an AXYZ 5010 with a tool changer.

Once the post was sorted out, I've never had any issues with Aspire.

If The guys at Vectric give the Ok, I'd be happy to send it to you.

Hello guamcnc,

I am not sure that the problem that you are describing is a post processor problem.
If the control software on your machine is not working, you will need to address this
problem first.

If there is anything that you think that we might be able to help with, please drop us an
email to support.

I hope that this helps,

Geez, for $12,000 you could get a whole new control system for your CNC, complete with WinCNC and a mother/daughter board, control board, new servo motors and drivers, a new computer, etc. . . And all that would probably be less than half their repair cost. . .
