Circles
I am trying to edit a post processor for my Sei 810. The problem I have at the moment is that cut2d outputs a circle as 4 segments. My router pauses after each segment, so I'd end up with 4 burn marks if I was actually cutting into wood. Does anyone know how to get around this problem? If I take the arcs command out it all goes to pot.
Re: Circles
Does your machine controller have an option to change from Exact Stop to Constant Velocity? That will smooth the moves for you

Re: Circles
Thanks for your reponse. Unfortunately I don't recollect seeing a setting for constant velocity when I went through the manual, but I'll have a double check.

Hi Gary,
Unfortunately my machine doesn't run on G code. It runs on Sei's owner controller language.
Thanks, Paul
