wider path with a profile operation

Hi,
Is there an easy way to make 3/8 wide profile cut with 1/4 bit that is 3/4 deep and go 1/8 per pass and have it do both pass before it goes to the next depth? By using the allowance offset I can get it to do but it will cut all the down before it shifts over unless I do individual passes for each time around.

You could offset the profile by 3/8 and then pocket what is between them.
