I need a design drawn it is kicking my butt, anyone know of a paid design service?

Is it 2D (just vectors) or 3D (vectors and models)? A photo would help.
You can find CAD design services on gig work sites (search for cad design services) such as Fiver.com, Upwork.com, etc. Use a search term such as:
