US Marine Corps Emblem

Post by rink »

Good afternoon.
I've had a request to engrave the US Marine Corps emblem on a product. I couldn't find one on D&M. Several Navy, but no Marine Corps. Am I just missing it?
Thx, rink.

I didn't see anything on Design & Make, but 3Dwave.us has one:

Also, check out this previous post. I first created vectors from the emblems I downloaded. May not be what would help you in this project?

The Marine Corps is very enthusiastic about enforcing their trademarks. I paid for the hobbyist license to use it. It was a painless process to get it.

Can you explain the process? Is it all done through a web site?

Yep, the application is online and pretty simple Look for the hobbyist agreement. You apply, they review and contact you. You pay at the end and they give you your license number which you must post in any ads or online sales. They aggressively go after stuff without the magic words

I paid $200 for the rights to use their trademarks for 2 years.
