Not sure if I can explain this properly. I have recently purchased PVC and Vcarve Desktop v10 upgrade, and I can't get a decent cut with either. I setup everything and the preview looks perfect. Black and white pic, and the lighter parts show Z =o.oooo, darker parts show the depth chosen for cut. When I run the CNC I rarely get any parts of the carving at the zero plane. All the cuts end up below it, and is barely recognizable compared to the original. I have tried just about every setting recommendation in the forum and a variety of bits, but every cut is too deep.
Any ideas what is wrong?

Can you upload or share the CRV file, and show us a photo of the end result?
