I have a Laguna IQ and when I go to save to my PP it does not have one for the Laguna. How can I fix this?

Hi Joey,

There might be someone here that can help (I hope so), but have you checked in with Laguna Tech Support on this?

I don't have PhotoVCarve so I hope I'm not steering you wrong...
Open up PhotoVCarve on the File menu option select Open Application Data Folder. Open the folder PostP and look for Laguna_IQ_xxxx. I have a couple of Laguna_IQ pp options, I can't tell you which one you should use.
Hope this helps.
If the Laguna pp files are not there then I'm with Michael, contact Laguna Tech Support.

PhotoVCarve doesn't have the Open Application Data folder option. The posts are stored within the PostP folder in the Program Files folder where the program is installed.

I have never used Photo Vcarve to create the tap file because there were none available for the Piranha either, I always save the file as a .pvc and open it in Vcarve, it is an extra step but I feel it is worth it because Vcarve gives a better preview than Photo carve IMO.
