maximum burn rate

I'm confused when setting up the laser in tool paths.
What is maximum burn rate? i have a jtech 4.2watt add on to my xcarve. can everyone post there settings for the jtech so i can gauge a baseline for where i need to be? i use other laser software normally for my jtech laser but i have purchased this and want to migrate to using this for my laser. Thanks all for your help

I think one of the video's I watched said it's used only for Preview. If so it really needs to be renamed.
