Hello All,

I have addressed an issue in Easy MDF Cabinet Door Maker gadget.

Fixed:
1. No Scribe Lines in batch mode.
2. Help button pointing to wrong help file

Added:
1. Color selection for layers
2. Updated Menu Layout
3. Updated Help items
Current Version: 13.5
Supports: 11.0+ version of 2D Cut Pro, VCarve Pro, and Aspire

Installation Instructions:
1. Open https://www.gadgets.jimandi.com/
2. Sort on the PostOrder column to see the most current post
3. Select the Download button for the EasyMDFCabinetDoorMakerVer13.5.vgadget
4. In your Vectric product, click on Gadgets -> Install Gadget and navigate to where you downloaded the file to, select it, and click Ok.

You should be presented a pop message up saying the gadget was installed and you should see the EasyMDFCabinetDoorMakerVer13.5 in the Gadgets menu.

If you find an issue with any of the Easy gadgets, please let me know. I will do what I can to fix it within hours not days and weeks.

HOWDO I FIND THE GADGET WEB SITE ALSO i WANT TO LEARN ABOUT THE BITS IT TAKES TO MAKE A RAISED PANNEL DOOR ..IF I POST A SIZE HERE THAT I WANT TO MAKE COULD SOME ONE HERE SET UP THE TOOL PATHS WITH THE CO CORRECT BITS WITH SPEEDS AND FEEDSPEEDS IN A VECTRIC FILE iHAVE CUT THE SHAKER STYLE MDF DOOR tHANKS JEFF PETERS i HAVE A SHAPEOKO5 4X4 PRO CNC i CAN CUT 4X8 SHEETS OF MDF AND PLYWOOD. ALSO CAN THE DOOR GADGET ALSO BE USED WITH GLUED UP 3/4" THICK WOOD WITH THE PROPER BITS tHANKS JEFF PETERS

Were you at the Austin users group this year, Swear I saw you but I could not get next to you. Maybe next year.

I was getting ready to write a tool to do this until I found yours. Now no need to. Gadget is wonderful.

I have a suggestion. I was using a tool that I found at tools today.
Here is the video link if you look at about 56 seconds on the time line you see that they are using a 3D effect to actually square the corners with the VBit. In using this it is actually square and gets rid of the last of the rounding. Is this something that can be added to your gadget specifically for shaker style doors.

After looking at the video in your post I see what you are looking for. I have run MDF Cabinet Door Maker and found the this is already in the gadget. In the Tooling selection select a V-Bit for both the Inside Edge, Outside Edge and Panel Forming. Also in Defaults Set the Raised Panel Bit and the Scribe Bit as desired.

If you have any other questions I will be happy to assist you. I may not be of Jim's Caliber in LUA Coding Knowledge but I am not afraid to give whatever may be needed a go.

And Yes Jim was at the UGM in Austin.

Hello Everyone,

I have addressed an issue in Easy MDF Cabinet Door Maker gadget where the VBit angle was not being displayed correctly in the Toolpaths using VBits.

Fixed:
1. VBit Angle Display Correctly
2. Other minor code adjustments

Added:
1. Nothing at the Present Time.

Current Version: 13.6
Supports: 11.0+ version of 2D Cut Pro, VCarve Pro, and Aspire

Installation Instructions:
1. Download Gadget to your Computer as is. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING!
2. Open Aspire or V-Carve.
3. From Gadgets Menu Select Install Gadget.
4. Find downloaded gadget on your computer that you had just downloaded and Select it then Click OK.
5. After a few seconds you will get a message that the gadget had successfully installed.
6. Be sure to close program (Aspire or V-Carve) to complete the install before attempting to use it.
