Are the slide holes made for Blum undermount?
The gadget supports array of configuration for drawer slides holes and offsets. Please post a image of the Blum undermount in question so that I don't mislead you.
Here you go.

Yes, the gadget supports this slide. Check to see if the model is already loaded. If not, use the add slide tool to the slide database.
Thanks,
Jim

I always seem to run into an issue with this gadget whit toolpaths. I set up my project with 48"x48" sheets and it always seems to draw something off of the sheet. I select the objects and move them onto the sheet and try to recalculate the toolpaths and it always fails so I have to manually recreate the toolpaths. any thoughts on this?

it seams that it is related to the nesting function so I was able to regenerate the toolpaths successfully. It would be nice to turn off the background texture image on the html reports.

Okay, First off the Toolpaths do Re-Calculate the pop-up message is not an error message it is just a reminder/notification to check those other toolpaths on those other sheets for functionality when using those sheets. If it was me making changes to toolpaths I just calculate each toolpath after I make the adjustment/change.

There is a reason the above occurs -- the Gadget selects the layers of vectors like a human selects them manually. The Layers are not associated to the Toolpaths so when you select the Re-Calculate they may or may not calculate properly. So I have found that doing either one or the other two things to solve this issue. Calculate each Toolpath individually after making changes or take the time (Approx. 30 minutes) to Associate All Layers to All Their Associated Toolpaths.

As for moving Parts you must Associate the Layer to the Toolpaths First then create a Toolpath Template for the Toolpaths of the parts being moved then begin by moving the part vectors to a New Sheet, then Load Toolpath Template for that Sheet ONLY , Check Toolpaths for functionality on that New Sheet.

There is a Video on my Youtube Channel that shows how to do the above mentioned moving of parts, creating a Toolpath Template and Associating the Layers to their Associated Tololpaths.

Can you explain why you would like to turn off the textured background on the html reports? Is it due to Printing? If so there are printer settings that you can set to have the printer not print the background.

So I down loaded the 16.8 Cabinet maker file and loaded it into Vectric pro 10.5 and noticed that the tool selection will not allow to select a tool for shelf pins or the last 3 items. When i try to select, it does not show any in the data base. However the Upper three tool selections work well. I also noticed that cabinet drawer download does not populate when run anything but the bottom of the drawer. No sides, etc. Any fixes? Other than that a great gadget.

All tools function Accordingly --- the lower three toolpaths are based on the size holes for shelf pins and assy. holes so a .125" dia. bit will be sufficient. Also if you have no tools in your database that size it will of course not show anything. The Upper Three Toolpaths are based upon the Dado widths and the Cutout of the parts which in most cases a .25 dia. will be sufficient.

There are NO Drawers created in the Cabinet Maker Gadget so are you talking about the Drawer Maker Gadget?

I also see that you are using 10.5 Version of V-Carve and that the Cabinet Maker Gadget 16.8 it supports Software (Aspire, V-Carve Pro) Versions 11+ so you may need to Upgrade to use this Version of the Gadget.

Ok Ill try to update and see if that fixes the glitch. When I try to select a tool for shelf pin, the database has nothing in it to select. However the data base is there for the dado and clearance selections. Mabey it is just the up grade needed.
And yes the cabinet drawers are with the drawer gadget 5.5

Do you have Drills setup in your Data Base? The Gadget is looking for Drills for the three lower Tools. Preferably a .125" drill.

Easy Drawer Maker Gadget Version 5.5 works fine for me in V-Carve Version 11.554

Creates Bottom Panel First on one Sheet then the Sides and ends on another Sheet due to Material thicknesses being different.

In previous post I mentioned Drills are used in the Gadget so setup some Drills in your DataBase.

After the Gadget creates all the parts with the Drill you can Change/Edit the Drill to a Router Bit on its applicable Toolpath.

help with dados

my dados are not the same on the sides compared to the tops and bottoms

I want 1/4" backs with 3/4" nailers, the side panels are right 1/4" dado 3/4" from the back but the tops and bottoms a 3/4" dado 1/4" from the back for a captured backs. When i do rabbited or flat mounted it is fine. i have tried it a few times with the same results.

Also is the there a way to dado the tops and bottoms on upper cabinets 3/4" to a 1" in from the end instead of rabbits

I did try to post screen capture of the 2d in Vcarve Pro but was unable too

thanks

Export the cabinet settings and post the setting and the drawing files.
I will review the issue.
