How do I get you my ini file?
There are no INI files in the gadget.

To reset the gadget, Open the About dialog and select "Factory Reset" and restart the gadget.

Hello All,

I hope each of you are having a super day.

I found an small issue with the Easy Cabinet Maker gadget. I have fixed the Sheet 1 label, it had the wrong Mat. Thickness displayed and now has been corrected.

Note: This is a "very" small issue and did not affect the drawings nor toolpaths.

Current Version: 15.7
Supports: 11.0+ version of 2D Cut Pro, VCarve Pro, and Aspire

Installation Instructions:
1. Open https://www.gadgets.jimandi.com/
2. Sort on the PostOrder column to see the most current post
3. Select the Download button for the EasyCabinetMaker.vgadget
4. In your Vectric product, click on Gadgets -> Install Gadget and navigate to where you downloaded the file to, select it, and click Ok.

You should be presented a pop message up saying the gadget was installed and you should see the EasyCabinetMaker in the Gadgets menu.

I am using version 16 and the back seems to not draw the toolpath for the dado and the assembly holes. Assembly holes are using the wrong tool (seem to be using the shelf tool) and I'm also having an issue with the parts not getting added to new sheets. My cdc is 5x5 and there does not seem like an easy way to move the toolpaths without creating layers etc, which is a vcarve issue, not your gadget.
I've attached the drawing file, and the export of the easy cabinet maker settings, which I changed the extension to txt in case that would help figure out what I might be doing wrong.

Move the Vectors to where you want them Recalculate if moved Vectors are on same Sheet. If not Save the Toolpaths as a Template move to the sheet where you have moved the Vectors then load Toolpath Template the program should accept the toolpaths and assign them to the correct layer/vectors.

*** Note: Also a Tool must be provided for all Tool Entries because if you do not provide a tool some Toolpaths will not be created. The Program will then only create the Vectors for those items.

Could you post the Export File again there seems to be something wrong with the first attempt? We are looking into the NOT creating dado toolpath and assembly holes toolpath for that sheet you have pointed out.

I have read your export file and there are some tools that have not been input into the gadget. These Toolpaths will not be created only the vectors will be created you will have to either input the data necessary or create the toolpaths manually for those vectors.

Jim is reviewing the gadget and he has come across a few errors in the code too. Your issues may or may not be one of them.

I appreciate you looking and yes I did exclude a tool or two, but expected the toolpath to create since they are similar to others that got created. I'll wait for the update and try again.

I know for a fact that that is the way the gadget is created. IF you leave ALL the tools blank and run the gadget it will only create the Vectors for everything but NO Toolpaths. Try it again adding all the Tools and see if you still are not getting toolpaths for that sheet you called out.
