Vectric 9.0, 9.5,10.0 Easy Cabinet Maker Gadget

Hello everyone,

I have a request for an version of the Easy Cabinet Maker to run under older versions of Vectric (9.0, 9.5,10.0) I have pulled a older version of the Easy Cabinet Maker gadget code and made a few updates to address any mathematical issues.

Please note:
1. I do not have nor plan to build web base help files for this version of the software.
2. This software does not have all the bells and whistles the latest version contains and I do not plan to enhance it

I have ran this version through my series of regression test and it appears to be producing proper geometry for base and wall cabinets.

Supports:
Vectric Aspire and V Carve Pro below versions 10.5 (in version 10.5 Vectric develop a team significantly changed the API. Therefore, this gadget is designed to be used in versions (9.0, 9.5 and 10.0) it will not work with versions 10.5 and up.
