Porch Swing
I made a couple of these porch swings for my daughters. Material is white oak so it is quite rot resistant. Finished with Penofin Red Label stain. I used the CNC to cut the seat supports, back supports, and arm rests. I also engraved a scripture verse in a couple of the back rails. The seat and back supports have the exact same profile, which is also symmetric, so I could nest them and save on materials. The profiles are also a series of flats so the seat and back rails rest flat on them. The profiles were generated using the OnShape CAD software and then exported as DXF files.
