Looking good!!!! I love the look of it, and you are very right... those flutes are looking pretty sharpe!

Beautiful job! Makes me want to try my hand at using that feature as well. Thanks for posting.
Measure with a micrometer, Mark it with Chalk, Cut it with an ax, Beat it together.
