Tic Tac Toe Travel Board

Post by Fabnet2000 »

I imagine there's a lot of different tic tac toe boards out there. I decided to try an idea I had. Turned out okay, making the letters was the challenge for sure. I wanted to cut the letters on all 6 sides... I managed 4 sides without having to do them one at a time. Time to put the thinking cap back on.

Simple. +1

I would probably make each die identical. Cut an "X" on one side, turn it 180 and carve an "O". Let the user play the correct side.

Ohh... I like a good game!!! Looks really nice! Like that you beviled the playing pieces and that there is a top that can be used for a tray for the pieces!

Well done!

I made a peg game years ago using the same sort of "lid" idea... we still use it today!!!

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Tex! I did think about making them like that but ended up working towards 6 sides the same. If I make a smaller travel size I will prob do just that.

Thank you Todd, that peg board looks cool! I still need to come up with a design for the lid. Hmmm

Thanks for sharing

For the lid I would carve a quote: "Would you like to play a game?"
