Great Job. You do that with the Rotary? I appreciate a little more details or pictures. Thanks.

Thank you very much,

I have a new machine designed by BobsCNC that I used to create this project. Vcarve import a 3d model, generate a roughing toolpath, then a finishing toolpath. About 6hrs for roughing and 4 hours for finishing. I have several other projects posted on the BobsCNC Facebook page with all of the details listed.

That is fantastic. Great job.

How do you verify that the cut looks good (no undercuts, etc)? By previewing or?
Thank you very much,

Vcarve will generate a very clear simulated model after previewing the toolpaths. Its a little slow but it works great. Very easy.
