Adirondack Chair - new design

Post by Phil »

The design and plans for this version of an Adirondack chair came from Fine Woodworking magazine. I cut the back slats and the curved back leg with a slot for the seat slats on my Shopbot. This chair is far more comfortable than a traditional Adirondack chair.

Which issue? I don't relish looking through 289 of them to find the article.

A recent issue, within the past two years. I'll check and post later.

Nice looking. What's the longest piece you had to cut?
Did you CNC the parts for the arms or follow the FW plans?
