Burnt catch all tray

Post by mrmfwilson »

Burnt this pine one. It’s 1/4” thick all around. The trick to keeping it flat is to burn the inside first. The bottom will bulge because you are taking all the moisture from the inside surface. Then when you burn the bottom the wood relaxes as the moisture equalizes on both surfaces and the bottom gets flat. This one came out really well. Sorry Todd I burnt it man!
