Mama and I have a “rousing” game of Skip-Bo every evening so I thought it was time to make a card case.
Skip-Bo is my kind of game. No thinking required.
Made this from Cherry w/lacquer finish and a recessed cork bottom.
The Skip-Bo logo is gold epoxy inlay and the cards are v-carved.

Re: Playing card Box
Would you mind mentioning your spec for the box including the size of the 3 card holes? What was the size of the cherry that you originally used?

Pockets 2.313 x 3.625 x .687 deep
Bottom recess for cork .033 deep (1/16 inch thick cork)
The depth of card pockets could have been a little deeper however, I didn't have any thicker stock on hand. The cards do fit although they do have to be divided equally between the three pockets.
