Cedar Candle Lanterns Went from one to 4 at a time!

Post by Mark Jones »

Vcarve Pro made this happen so easy. I had made a vcarve file to make one lantern kit at a time. Then the challenge to make 4 of them at a time. Vcarve Pro made this EASY! I went from making one kit in about 45 minutes to making 4 kits in 2 hours.

Here is the build on the project. I made 12 candle lanterns this weekend. I used Vcarve Pro to make most of these jigs and hold downs.

Skip to the end if you want to see the candle burning!
The lanterns are not for sale. These are being donated and given out as Christmas gifts as a fundraiser for our Royal Rangers (Church Centered Scouting Group)

Mark,
Nice design, and well made. I really like those pegged joints!
