Another one of Michael's

Post by woody53 »

Kim, my significant wanted this to be buried in, after she is cremated. I asked her what she wanted for her B-day, and I got this answer. So her box is done, with a Ben Franklin inside. Pretty romantic, hey guys ??? LOL

Nice work, Dave. I like how you simplified the design elements - very appropriate strategy for the Qak grain pattern. Great job!

You did a nice job on the box and I think the oak was a good choice.

Thanks for the comments guys. Wasn't her B-day, bit gave it to her yesterday. She LOVED it. AS for using oak. I use what I have the best sizes of and go from there. I could glue some up, but I do the get n go feeling.
