Cutting A Router Mount

RoutnAbout Sorry I took so long to reply I really need to start subscribing to some of these threads.
I've tried putting them in the freezer, and found it makes a cleaner cut, but after carving 40+ pucks this season I don't bother anymore.

First run on my large format CNC. This is a takeoff from my first machine, a Joes 4x4 Hybrid. The new one is all aluminum and steel, 6x13, with Hiwin Linear Rails and Nema 34 Rack and Pinion Drives from CNCRouterparts.com. Machineable area is about 68x120 currently, but will be 68x157 when it starts making money and I can afford another $300 in rails :D

Still need to surface the spoilboard, cut the vacuum plenum, and hook up the vac system. Just waiting on my Kent's dust shoe, the best in the business!!
