That is outstanding, did you use the 1" ball nose bit as in SPalm's crv or did you modify the file?

Thanks Glenn. 1" cove bit, which I guess is about the same except that the cutting edges are straight. The only real change was using 1" thick material for the lid, and my hinge looked a bit ... unhinged.

That's beautiful. The talent here just keeps amazing me. I need to get my noodle working and come up with more varied projects to show off.
