Re: Custom lighted sign for a Pizza company
I wondered why you had the 2 different thickness acrylics mentioned when I first looked at this. Thought originally that you had used vinyl or painted the colours but I can see now looking more closely that it is infact acrylic layered on acrylic.
Have you made some sort of template to ensure that all the small pieces line up correctly if you have a number of these to do or are you just doing it by eye? How have you joined the acrylic parts? Have you bonded them with an adhesive or a double sided tape?

Hi
I used the same thickness acrylic for all the colors i wanted to give it a 3D effect so i glued some parts on the top of the others no vinyl i wanted something different even when it's turned off it will still look cool and it doesn't peel or fade with time.
I used the male and the female option in the VCarve Pro so all the black parts are female and the other colors are male they fit like puzzle into each others, for the black parts (face,Pudgies word) i used the template it's the scrap after i cut off the face and the word.
I joined the pieces using weld-on 16 as an adhesive.
I will add more details pictures soon.
Thank you
