Sawman, I believe the files are available at this thread. http://forum.vectric.com/viewtopic.php? ... 45#p116330 I was just thinking as I was reviewing the project. It would make a dandy use of plastic 2 liter soda bottles.

Sawman,
Here is CRV.
Machine the vector for the top and bottom panels (profile, on-line) with bit dia. to fit material used. I used 1/8" acrylic so used an 1/8 bit.
You can size the dowel holes as you prefer as well.
