Really nice Dave.
What did you use to shim the acrylic so it fits tight?

Re: And yet another LED edge-lit project
Hi Dave,
Great project. Can you explain a bit on where you get your LED's from to include info on the wall wart or transformer you used. There are as many LED's out there as there are snow flakes on the ground at present....lol.
Any info would be appreciated. Thank you in advance,
Mike

Sure, I actually bought this setup first, but didn't like the size of the IR box:woodwurker wrote:Hi Dave,

So then I bought these to get power to the LEDs above with an easy to hide IR packaging:

Then I use these adapters, (I bought a few and got them cheaper) as I really liked them because they're very long:

Dave,
Thank you for sharing your locations to purchase.....I have one more for ya though. Do you use a certain kind of acrylic? Do you have a special vendor?
Any info would be great....whatever I can do to repay you for your kindness, I will do in a heart beat.
Thanks again,
Mike

Woodwurker,
Mike,
estreetplastics is hard to beat price and service wise, and you want "cast" acrylic for engraving

Re: And yet another LED edge-lit project
Hi, Mike, I don't have a "regular" supplier as I received a bunch of material from a friend.
