Walnut Backgammon

Post by Dave H. »

I've wanted to make a Backgammon set for ages & finally got round to making 1 in walnut & birch ply.
opened out the board measure 374mm x 280mm.
I used the v-inlay tool for the walnut points on the board, the rest was pockets & profiles.

I know nothing about Backgammon but that looks stunning.
A fine piece of workmanship. :)

I used VCarve for drawing this up and cutting it but exported the drawings to Fusion to check everything lines up.
