Cutting a foam insert for a radio mic kit

A little project for work, cutting a foam insert to take a radio mic/in-ear monitor kit to fit into a briefcase.

Nicely done! I would love to hear more about the material used, bits, feeds/speeds, etc, if you care to share the details.
I can see some workshop drawer organizers coming from this.

Bit used: 20mm clearance, 6.3mm final cut.

What kind of foam did you use ? any special kind or just plain regular ole' foam..........

I've heard EVA foam is good to use for this type of thing? What Bit are we talking about? Wasn't quite sure.
