Okay I was right.

Do not use Parentheses or " in your Tool Names Example you had --- End Mill (1/4") Down Cut --- The Parentheses and the inches " notation around the 1/4 are not required.

I Changed from this End Mill (1/4") Down Cut (several places) to this End Mill 1/4 Down Cut in this file (Test Box-202411121428.Export) and the file Imports just fine now.

Here is the Corrected file below --- (Do Not forget to Change the .txt to .Export before attempting the Import)

Since I have been involved with Gadgets so much I have had to learn the Naming Variables that Vectric has in the Tool Database for the Tool Naming Format. I have had to rename all my Tools in my Tool Database to that Naming Format to avoid any conflicts with the Gadgets Import Functions. And After learning the Vectric Naming Variables Format Strategy it made sense in that it not only shortened the length of the Naming Format but also got rid of unnecessary characters which could cause conflict in some coding instances. What is neat too is that with Version 12 the User is now able to create their own Variables (Ex: Cutting Height, MFG, Max RPM's, etc...).

Just Some Additional Thoughts!

Change My Tool Database descriptions and the import work fine. Never thought that was the problem.

Just to see if loading from OneDrive was a problem, I moved it and got same results.

I see a extra ")" in the code. I will post a fix ASAP.

Please test Ver3.7 and let me know.

FYI you may have issues with older EXPORT files.
