Yup. You keep saying that and it sounds hollower and hollower as an excuse for the program's behaviour every time.

Every feed rate, pass depth, and rpm setting for every tool in my tool database is set to values that are appropriate to my machine. If I create box using this program and choose one of those tools I am supremely confident that the settings are correct. The program should then create the toolpaths honouring those settings.

If it replaces my chosen RPM with 0 without my knowledge it is dishonouring my settings. If it doesn't pop up a message (and I haven't verified that it does) saying "Oh by the way, I set the RPMs to 0 to force you to edit the toolpaths and add in that RPM setting and maybe verify the other settings" then it is being dishonest in that it's hiding what it has done.

Out of the box the gadget fills in tools and settings. It shouldn't. If "the gadget has no way of knowing what type of Machine and how rigid that machine may be for the stresses applied if settings were initially provided" then why does it provide initial settings that may be wrong if a person looks at them and says "hmm, those are the size tools I'll be using so I'll just accept them"?

After further examination and review of this Gadget it has been determined ----

Okay so this is and has been the Problem Issue --- The Spindle Speed Code Designator/Variable had been left out of the Toolpathing for whatever reason. Without the Spindle Speed Code Designator/Variable within the code the gadget did the safest thing in putting a Zero (0) in the designated Spindle Speed input box --- it was given nothing so it entered nothing.

I have entered the Spindle Speed Code Designator/Variable for all the various tools in all areas of the Code Necessary for the next DOT Version of the Easy Box Maker Gadget. It will probably be Version 3.4. and will be out as soon.

Thank you all for your input.
