Box Creator error

I get an error msg when I open Box Creator. Any fix? I'm using VCarve Pro 12.007

What error message? What circumstances? What else?

The only message I can see that you can get when you open the gadget is the one telling you there is no job.

You have to have a job open before you can use the gadget so load a file or use create new file and try again.

Otherwise, as said, you need to provide more details as it could be absolutely anything.

What version of the Vectric software are you running?

A screenshot of the error message would be helpful.
For screenshots please use the Windows Snipping tool. These are far easier to read than photos taken with your phone.

On many Windows systems you can also use <Windows-key><Shift><S>
On Windows 11 the images taken with <Windows-key><Shift><S> are automatically saved in the Screenshots folder under Pictures
