I can seem to get this in my V9.5. Is there a instructions on how to do this?

I need one of these but to run the template only on one sheet, and generate the g-code.

You don't need it for 10.5 or 11, the functionality is in the main program these days.
When you import a template it will apply it to all sheets and then you can save the code for each sheet or all of them.
With the way the new nesting and sheet functionality works now there is a huge amount you can do to suit what your workflow is.
If you can describe step by step what it is you want to do I'm sure myself or someone else can give you some more direct guidance.
