Tangents - Drawing Gadget

Tangents Gadget

This gadget will create vectors for the tangents between two circles.

Useful in design of, for example, pulley systems.

It works with V9 now. I used it yesterday.

Tangents are built in to V9 so there's no real need to use a gadget now.
