Christmas Eve Paradise Box
Here is my Christmassy adaptation of Michael Tyler's Paradise box. The carved designs were removed and replaced with text and some festive designs and engraved on to lid, front and back panels. Woos used was Poplar and Beech and finished with 50/50 shellac/methylated spirit then waxed. Inside lined with green baise.

Re: Christmas Eve Paradise Box
what a beautiful box and wonderful idea. Exactly what is put in the box Christmas Eve Box? I assume it is something to be opened up on Christmas Eve. I was thinking it would be a neat idea for something with small children, like a nativity set to get and setup on Christmas Eve to help with understanding the meaning of Christmas. Lots of ideas and things that could be done with it. Was curious what yours was? Thanks for sharing.

Hi, sorry for late reply. From what I can gather pyjamas, maybe a decoration or two. I will ask Daughter to send me a picture.meflick wrote: ↑Mon Dec 14, 2020 5:18 pmwhat a beautiful box and wonderful idea. Exactly what is put in the box Christmas Eve Box?
