Free Project of the Month - Lakeside Bear Clock

This months Free project from Michael Tyler is this beautiful lakeside Bear clock.

Michael got the idea for this project when browsing through the “stock” clipart models included with our Aspire software.

He saw the Standing Bear and Leaping Bass models and had the idea to incorporate them into a “forested lake scene” and then decided to make the scene as a clock!

A huge 'Thank you' to Michael Tyler for providing another fantastic project to our users.

GRRRRRR! Aspire only! WHY? WHY? WHY? It may have taken a few seconds to create a Vcarve version.

Hi Adrian,

The Leaping Bass and Standing Bear models are both available in VCarve for free.

Simply take a look using the clipart tab in the software under the animals category.

I was just wondering if that was the reason why it was Aspire only rather than VCarve and Aspire. I should have checked my portal account really as I have both.

MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH MONTHLY PROJECTS is that I'm running out of people to give clocks to.... I saw this project and said WOW!!! Nice going, Michael. I'll have to make one and put it in my 'find a home' box. This one is begging to be carved. I haven't looked at the pdf, but I bet that this would look great in a bronze metal finish.
