In fact, that's why I can not download.
There is another way to download in another format.
Thanks in advance.

Cutting box today, Had high hopes but, my slots in the sides cut to 11/16 in. wide and of course stock is .75. Have others run into this? My machine cut the parts otherwise fine. Now I am contemplating running through planner.

Hi Ray,

Sorry your machine created the undersized slots. No one else has reported that problem as far as I know. The slots on that project are actually designed slightly oversize (designed width is 0.7656"). So you are actually 0.0781" less the designed amount which is fairly significant. What machine are you using? Perhaps someone else owns the same machine as you and/or can offer some ideas for things to check.

I know that this is a very old thread, but a lot of people have been having a hard time finding the Brainerd hinge used in the Paradise Box project from Vectric. They are still being made, and are available.

I found them here: http://www.dlawlesshardware.com/continuoushing.html

Before ordering them online, I called them to make sure that had some in stock, and the nice lady on the phone told me that had over 2000 of them in stock. I ordered 6 of them and received them in 3 days.

If this is an inappropriate post, please delete it and accept my sincerest apologies. I have nothing to do with D. Lawless Hardware, and am not affiliated with them or anyone else in any way. Just trying to help out with a source for the part.
Double check, triple check, measure, measure, cut...

Thank you for that link, Mark! I've sure been missing being able to use those hinges. They are ideal for a lot of box types and styles. Ordering some now...
