How to modify the PP for Fagor8070 controller

Hello!
I am from korea.
I need help how to making a pp for fagor 8070 controller.

In case of fagor 8070 controller, to control the feed, I want to input the code "#HSC ON [CONTERROR 0.001] at first block of an nc data like the below;
