PostProcessor Problem

Post by DJ-Bino »

Hello everybody,

I found another bug that prevented the postprocessor from reading.

In version 10 it is possible to load post processors with ä, ü, ö in the name.

In version 10.5xx, the postprocessor name cannot contain ä, ö, ü

Also with the parameter POST_NAME =
these characters may not be used

Dieter

Hi Randall,

It is a PP from a customer. Mohamed already knows.

It is a customized PP that also works if you rename it.
It has an ä in the name and also for the variable
POST_NAME = is an ä in the name.

This worked well until version 10.22
From version 10.5xx this no longer works.

Here is another example:
Milling = Fräsen in German Translation
Mach3 fräsen 3Axis.PP (that's the PP Name)
POST_NAME = "Mach3 fräsen 3Axis (* .nc)" (that's the variable)

If I rename the PP to Mach3 fraesen 3Axis.PP and change the variable to POST_NAME = "Mach3 fraesen 3Axis (* .nc)" then everything is OK in version 10.5xxx

I think Aspire 10.5xx has Problems with the charter äÄ, öÖ, üÜ

Thanks
Dieter

The processor does actually work but it displays as a blank name in the list.

Hi Adrian,

I knew it was working. I just had to rename it. Both the name and the variable POST_NAME =

Otherwise nothing had to be changed.

Thanks Dieter
